Read the terms for using FluxGig as an agency, talent user, or marketplace visitor.
These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using FluxGig. By creating an account, posting a job, applying for work, sending messages, or using any FluxGig feature, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in line with these terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide during registration and for keeping your login details secure. Agencies and talent must provide accurate profile, company, job, contact, and billing information.
FluxGig provides marketplace tools that help agencies and talent connect. Agencies are responsible for the jobs they post, the terms they offer, and the hiring decisions they make. Talent are responsible for the services they offer, their availability, and the accuracy of their profile.
All content submitted to FluxGig must be lawful, accurate, and professional. Do not post misleading jobs, fake profiles, copied content, spam, offensive material, or content that violates another person's rights.
Internal chat should be used for genuine hiring and project communication. Users may not harass others, send spam, request unsafe activity, or use messaging to bypass platform rules.
Some features are available only on paid plans. Paid plans may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at checkout. If a payment fails or a subscription is not renewed, account access or premium features may be limited until payment is resolved.
FluxGig works to keep the platform available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, restrict, suspend, or remove features when needed to protect the platform or improve the service.
You may not misuse FluxGig, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, upload harmful files, impersonate another person, interfere with payments, or use the platform for illegal activity.
FluxGig may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, fail required verification, or attempt to misuse marketplace tools.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact details listed on the website.
